We were first referred to Jason Moore at Jaywall Construction from a painter we were using on a house that my wife and I were flipping.  We were looking for a Contractor who was reliable and reasonably priced to replace from facia around the roofline, in addition to repairing various locations termite damage throughout the property.  We were very pleased with the work Jason performed, in addition to his professionalism and punctuality.  His pricing was very reasonable and we liked him so much that we brought him onboard another much larger retail build-out that we preformed the very next year.

Which leads to our second project with Jaywall Construction:

Words can’t express how pleased we were with the work that Jason and his team at Jaywall Construction did when helping us realize our lifelong dream of opening our new retail store, COVE in downtown Pismo Beach, California.  Our project was not small, nor easy.  Jason helped to transform a rundown 1940’s building into a gorgeously renovated space that has helped not only to breathe new life into an old building itself but also into a community.  

From reconfiguring walls, restoring original vintage oak floors, adding an ADA compliant owl-cove, and essentially rebuilding the entire storefront… Jason provided expertise, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship throughout the entirety of our project.  He was always on time and provided solid guidance on the various curveballs that come when working on an older building.  All in all, he was absolutely fantastic to work with and the results of the transformation speak for themselves.

Jason is a superb craftsman and visionary who created the deck of our dreams! Our sad little backyard was hurting for a makeover with no space for a garden and trees, and an unfathomable amount of useless dirt and space. Jason left no space without a perfect plan for beauty and utility. He was professional and honest in evaluating costs and timing, and prompt in addressing every request that arose. We now have a timeless, high quality and beautiful redwood deck, with unique detail work, that is utilitarian and the perfect backdrop for every family member's interests.  Our deck has to endure a significant amount of drippy and wet weather, and it has not shown its age or exposure to the elements. Jason's perfectionism and impressive work ethic were unparalleled and he delivered beyond our expectations. Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He designed and completed a large job for us at our family cabin: 1,400 sq. foot redwood deck with custom benching, railing and placement of a hot tub. His vision, craftsmanship, and personal touches were masterful and the completion of the project was done in a timely manner. My wife and I hired Jaywall Construction to modify our garage entrance. We wanted the current door replaced and the entrance widened by two feet, and wanted a new exterior electrical plug and sensor lights installed. This required quite a bit of work. The front wall had to be cut and a new frame added, which included adding a new huge beam. New wiring had to be run. The front of our house has a three foot brick wall with brick trim. I was very concerned that the new construction would not be rebuilt to match the look of the old brick. Jaywall Construction made it match perfectly. This required re-setting the bricks and brick trim. Further work was applying stucco and painting around the new door and electrical parts. The new paint matched the old paint and it is impossible to see where the old paint meets the new. 

The actual garage door was installed by a sub-contracted garage door company. That went smoothly too. The entire project was completed in a timely manner. 

We  highly recommend Jaywall Construction and we will certainly use them for any future remodeling projects.
