BACKYARD RENNOVATION
Client requested a backyard deck that turned into 2 decks, planter box's with wash station and walkway BBQ platform with propane tank storage box. Stained finish made this deck really pop! Removed failed concrete patio, terraced grade.
REMODEL
Extensive 2nd story remodel, complete gut and makeover. All new Kolbe windows, two updated bathrooms including master bathroom addition and new heated tile floors! New 2nd story deck addition and updated lower story patio - both with added 6x6 beam work. Extended master deck, new dumbwaiter, new landscaping and much more! LOG CABIN RESTORATION
Client requested restoration and maintenance work on the sun exposed and damaged sides of their log cabin.
KITCHEN MAKEOVER

880 PRICE
Client requested commercial space remodeled to accommodate their business needs. Remodel included entire overhaul cosmetic interior, sales counter installed, custom rug racks installed, new networking communications and security system, entire store front updated and remodeled to be ADA compliant. As long as Cove is in business, this remodel can be seen at 880 Price St. in Pismo Beach. Big thanks to COVE interior design for the gorgeous interior design work.
OSER BATH
Out with the old, in with the new! Standard bathroom remodel with updated vanity, shower, floors and overhead light/heat/fan unit. Added soap boxes to shower and multiple towel bars per the clients request.

Client requested to build a backyard deck to tie into and match the existing with hot tub.

FOUNDATION RE-LEVEL
Jaywall Construction specializes in all structure repair, even foundation repair. This building foundation was re leveled from settling over 4 inches on one side!
DEMO AND REPAIR
Termite damaged trellis removed, the pictured Banana Trees had severely cracked the concrete patio and walkways plus damaged the sprinkler system. Client wanted to sell the house and requested new concrete patio and walks, sprinklers fixed and trees removed.
GALE DECK
Old deck was rotten, slider was jammed due to settling corner of house. Jaywall Construction demo'd the old deck and replaced with redwood, jacked up and leveled the foundation which allowed the slider to open and close like normal.
OAK FLOOR RESTORATION
Preserved White Oak floors in this commercial space were uncovered when the old carpet was removed. The floors just needed a sanded surface restoration, clients chose to go with a clear sealed finish, WOW! Call us for all flooring projects!
CONCRETE
Entrance to this business had concrete with tile boarders and tile entrance. When wet, the tile became very slippery and a safety hazard. Jaywall Construction demo'd the relevant tiled areas and poured new walks and entrance.
TREX TAKEOVER
Client called about helping finish his deck project. Client removed the old deck boards but was a bit over his head when working with this strange support system. Jaywall construction updated all framing members and supports to safe standards and installed the new Trex at the clients request.
ROOF LEAK
Client called about a leaky roof. The stars were aligned for this project as the leak was found and fixed just before the first rain of the season. Jaywall Construction troubleshot the leak and added proper roof to wall flashing before replacing the compromised roof and demo'd stucco. We also replaced the damaged drywall caused by the leak.
GARAGE WIDENING
When you can longer fit your car in the garage, it needs to be wider.
